MAJOR GOALS / OBJECTIVES

Plans and administers policies relating to all phases of human resources activity by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors; Responsible for providing guidance and direction for personnel and personnel processing within a specific area or organization. Provide strategic human resource planning to area or organizational leadership; Responsible for designing, implementing and measuring the effectiveness of programs for the region; coordinate recruitment efforts for an organization or for a specific area of the world; responsible for recruitment, promotion and coordinating volunteer help at a center or within an organization, (specific objectives vary by job).
