MAJOR GOALS / OBJECTIVES

Supervises, coordinates, and participates in activities of cooks and other kitchen personnel engaged in preparing and cooking foods in a Wycliffe Bible Translator facility cafeteria, or other establishment by performing the following duties. May supervise a small retail food operation (retail or dining hall), (specific objectives vary by job).
